Reconditioned Fondant Beater

    A used fondant beater was completely refurbished, which included a new 304 stainless-steel portable, unitized frame, motor, and VFD.

     

    Project Highlights:

    • Beater and frame are sanitary stainless-steel with sanitary welded construction and heavy duty lockable castors.
    • Beater bars between each blade for maximum processing ability.
    • Special adjustable discharge door with hinged mechanical adjustment.
    • VFD mounted on the frame.
    • Complete processing skid includes the addition of the frame mounted control and variable minor ingredient dosing system.
    • Two 1.5 gallon 304 SS holding vessels with cover, fittings, level gauge.
    • Two dosing pumps with manual mechanical turndown to meet 1-5% of process rate.
