Upgrades to Bulk Bag Unloader System Increases Safety and Sanitation
Spec Engineering provided an on-site evaluation for an existing bulk bag system and equipment, followed by front-end design services of necessary and recommended enhancements to improve the current system to a safer and more user-friendly operation.

- Equipment includes: bag spreader, bulk bag massage paddles, bulk bag punches, bulk bag load cells, 4″ pneumatic convey piping, blower package, trolley, frames, access chamber, surge hopper, airlock.
- Features a more sanitary design that utilizes stainless-steel construction.
- New design protects against potential explosion to safeguard equipment and human safety.
